We at Astrourjaa Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. This Statement explains our policies and practices and applies to information collection and use while you are visiting and using AstroUrjaa (the "App").

  1. What information do we collect?

We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, which includes information you provide us with, information collected automatically, and information collected from other parties.


  1. Information You Provide to Us:

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us.  For example, through the registration process we may collect, without limitation, Personal Information such as

  2. Truecaller ID and related information.

Certain information may be required to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features. We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us with the means to do so. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more efficient and improve our Services and offer new services. If you do not want to receive communications from us, you could turn off the notification in the settings on your device and unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of the email from us.  

Further during consultations following personal information may be collected by the Consultant, for the sake of brevity during this policy, this information would be referred to as private information and the information collected during registration would be referred to as personal information.

“Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your device that allow us to recognize your device and tell us how and when the App and our Services are visited and by how many people.  You may be able to change the preferences on your device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our features or use the App completely.  Also, if you click on a link to a third-party website or service, such third party may also transmit cookies to you.  Again, this Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy policies and practices. Please be aware that cookies placed by third parties may continue to track your activities online even after you have left our Services, and those third parties may not honour “Do Not Track” requests you have set using your device.

In addition, as set forth in the Terms of Use, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal or private information from anyone under the age of 18 without the supervision of a guardian or parent. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us without supervision of a guardian or parent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without supervision of a guardian or parent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We may use the data collected through Cookies to improve the Services - for example, this data can tell us how often users use a particular feature of the App, and we can use that knowledge to make the App interesting to as many users as possible.  We may also use this information to track and highlight for you, any part of the App that you may have used before, and related service on the App.

We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by sending notification on our App.

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect our rights, property, or safety. 


  1. Is Personal Information about me secure?

Your account is only accessible through your device and once logged out can only be logged in by a one-time password. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your device. 

We endeavour to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security.  Unauthorized entry or use, failure of the Services, or other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.


  1. What Personal Information can I access?

During your registration we only receive your mobile number or truecaller ID. In case of change of either of this information would mean creation of a new account. 

Any private information is not accessible to you as it is not stored as part of your account details.


  1. What choices do I have?

You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of the consultation services.

If you delete your account, some information may remain in our records after such deletion. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
